At Download District, we are committed to providing quick and convenient access to your purchases. At this time, all products available through our store are digital products and are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are generally available for download immediately after your payment has been successfully completed and your order has been confirmed.
Depending on the product and checkout method, you may receive access through your order confirmation page, a download link sent to the email address provided during checkout, and/or your Download District account when applicable.
Please make sure that the email address you provide during checkout is correct.
Payment Processing Delays
Most orders are processed promptly. In some cases, delivery may be temporarily delayed while a payment is being processed, reviewed, or confirmed by the payment provider. If a payment is pending, download access may become available once the payment has been successfully completed.
No Physical Shipping
At this time, Download District sells products that are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped, and no shipping charges apply.
Any reference to “delivery” on our website refers to electronic delivery unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
Problems Accessing Your Purchase
If your order has been successfully completed but you have not received or cannot access your download:
- Check your email inbox and spam or junk folder for your order confirmation or download email.
- If you have a Download District account, check your account for available downloads.
- If you still cannot access your purchase, contact us at support@mydownloaddistrict.com.
Please include your name, order number, and the email address used to place the order so we can assist you.
Saving Your Downloads
We recommend downloading and securely saving your purchased files after receiving access. Download availability may be subject to any limitations stated on the applicable product page or with your order.
